For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with so many parts of my life: confidence, body image, self-love, finances, and even understanding my purpose. I’ve spent years sitting in the passenger seat of my own life, watching days slip by while wondering why everyone else seemed to be growing, succeeding, and thriving.

But I’m done with that. I’m done feeling sorry for myself. I’m done watching life happen around me instead of being the one who shapes it.

I’ve realized something powerful: no one is coming to save me. The only person who can create the life of my dreams — the confident, grounded, aligned woman I want to become — is me.

So on November 21st, 2025, I made a promise to myself. I took a hard, honest look at the parts of my life that need healing and growth, and I committed to doing whatever it takes to transform my life within one year. This isn’t just a glow-up on the outside — it’s a full, unapologetic evolution from the inside out.

This blog will be my space to document everything — the thoughts I’m unpacking, the lessons I’m learning, the books that are reshaping my mindset, what’s working, what isn’t, and all the breakthroughs along the way. As I grow, I want to bring you along with me. My hope is that what I learn can help guide you, inspire you, or even give you the push you didn’t know you needed.
